Paysend was mostly fine, I guess, but I had this weird issue where my usual card just wouldn’t go through. A couple of the payment options I normally use weren’t available either, so I ended up having to try a different card. It worked in the end, but the whole thing left me feeling annoyed for some reason. Not awful, just not as smooth as I expected

I’ve used paysend a few times now, i don’t really have any major complaints. I checked my receipts and transaction history each time, and everything matched up like it was supposed to. The money arrived as shown, and the fees were clear enough, so I don’t think it’s fair to say they hide anything.

Most of my transfers went through quickly, though one did take longer than I expected. I had to wait around for an update, which was a bit annoying, but it wasn’t some huge disaster or anything. These things happen sometimes, and the money still got there in the end.

Overall, I’m happy with the service and I’ll probably keep using it. I just think the status updates could be a little more detailed so people aren’t left guessing. But for me, it’s worked fine so far...

I mostly use Paysend because it works with so many countries. My family is spread out in different places, so it’s nice not having to keep checking over and over whether their country is supported. It just makes things easier. The currency options are helpful too. I can send money in the right currency without getting confused about it, and it saves me time. Not much more to add really. It does what I need it to do, it’s easy enough to use, and the wide coverage is the big reason I keep coming back to it.

I wasn’t sure at first if my complaint would actually go anywhere, but it got escalated quickly. Support followed up with me and, unless I’m giving them too much credit, they did sort it out in the end. Thanks.

I’ve had a easy time managing my cards with Paysend. Adding or removing a card is quick, and the saved cards are clearly shown. I do wish there were a few more settings to tweak, but overall it works fine for what I need.
